EcoPlan prepared Clean Water Act 404 permit applications to allow necessary maintenance of numerous storm water outfalls to the Salt River in the City of Phoenix. Maintenance activities for some of the outfalls were permited under the authority of Nationwide Permit 7 while others supported wetlands and required Individual Permits.
