A Hazardous Materials Site Assessment was conducted for a 10-mile long alignment in the northwest Phoenix outskirts. Thousands of illegally dumped tires were discovered and EcoPlan recommended removal and disposal to an authorized rubber tire recycling facility, prior to construction activities.

EcoPlan conducted a Hazardous Materials Site Assessment & evaluation of present environmental concerns within the alleys planned for paving in west–central Phoenix. The field investigation identified and located numerous illegally abandoned hazardous and petroleum bearing containers that required proper removal & disposal prior to the pavement of the 20+ miles of alleys.
