A Mine Reclamation Plan (MRP) was prepared by EcoPlan for a sand and gravel operation located in Arizona. The purpose of the MRP was to outline the details of the current operation and present the proposed post-mining conditions and the reclamation plan to rehabilitate the property for future proposed uses. The plan was submittal to the Arizona State Mine Inspector’s Office for approval. The MRP covered a 26-acre site within the floodway of the Salt River and a 50-acre site in the uplands adjacent to, and within, the floodplain of the river.
