EcoPlan conducted a Phase 1 Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) and a Phase II ESA Limited Soil Sampling Investigation in a planned residential development. The Phase 1 ESA identified the potential of the site’s former farmland’s surface soils to contain pesticide concentrations above state regulatory levels. A follow-up limited Phase II soil sampling investigation was performed and determined only residual pesticides remained, well below the state soil remediation levels. |

The investigation provided liability protection to the user of the leased proerty. |
